Take charge of Sourcing tools & automation technologies, exploration and tools run support: Content management, technical integrations, interfaces to pre-systems, system consolidations, migrations and new roll-outs.
To help the organization to find best in class and future proof application which fit into our tool landscape from a holistic Source2Pay perspective, are intuitive for end users, deliver reliable data and support efficient processes.
Supporting the Build/Implementation for digitalization projects of the Procurement Masterplan, either on the driver’s seat for tool related projects, or in a supportive/consulting role in case of automation and digitalization of other initiatives. Provide training to end users and continuously improving the system jointly with IT and providers by implementing change requests and deploying releases..
Your main tasks will be:
- Bachelor degree, ideally also Master degree (preferably in business administration, IT, Data Science, Technology, science) or equivalent experience
- More than 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Coupa CRA module - System administration of Coupa Risk Assess
- Support Business Process Owner by improving system configurations
- Manage improvement and digitalization projects within Tools & Automation Sourcing
- Coordinate new releases of procurement software applications in regards to testing and documentation (releases, CRs, incidents)
- Design integration extraction and consumption methodologies in and out of Coupa - Configure, develop, and troubleshoot RESTful APIs and flat file based integration
- Detect, diagnose, and resolve integration related issues
- Managing calls from users for doing some basic troubleshooting and triaging those calls for technical support by Coupa
- Provide Souring tool related demos and various training, develop/improve support materials/documentations
- Ensure business continuity: Set-up alerts and back-ups in case of any outage and monitor SLAs, stability + uptime
- Coach business process owners and other stakeholders in advanced system usage
- Make proposals to improve system usage and process efficiency
- Provide effective leadership to the project team, and take appropriate action where team performance deviates from agreed tolerances.
- Manage digitalization projects by applying agile/Lean techniques: Requirements gathering, planning, testing & implementation
- Drive change management in relation to Digital mindset and behavior in the procurement organization.
- Independently drive process improvements in the area of sourcing process and their implementation via sourcing tools/ Digitalization initiatives
- Automate processes via Automation tools/RPA to deliver efficiency gains
- Support in defining, mapping and implementation of concepts & processes
- Alignment with regional teams to ensure proper tool usage and implementation of processes
- Ensure compliance to policies and guidelines through reporting and monitoring
- Analyze business requirements for new reports, dashboards and analysis, check feasibility and offer most effective technical solution
- Market research and exploration of new tools, providers & functionalities
Your profile should look like:
- Knowledge and experience with Procurement Processes, especially Sourcing
- Configuration experience of Coupa Risk Assess
- Certified in one more multiple Coupa modules
- Very good knowledge and experience with tools used in Sourcing (Coupa CRA, Jaggaer eSourcing, Sirion, DocuSign etc.)
- Hands on experience with sFTP, RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, SSO
- Highly numerate and comfortable of Microsoft Office + PowerApps
- Knowledge of digital technologies, low code platforms and data analytics (RPA, MS PowerAutomate, PowerBI etc.) is a plus
- Good analytical and conceptualization skills
- Good understanding of risk management and due diligence processes
- Experienced in IT deployments, documentation and writing specifications
- Presentation skills to condense information and visualize complex matters in an meaningful way
- Ability to make decisions and drive improvements within own area of responsibility
- Experience in managing projects and change management with stakeholders from various seniority and backgrounds (e.g. technical, business, …)
- Comfortable explaining complex analytical and technical content to various audiences, ranging from Procurement specialists to members of top management
- Very high self-motivation and solution-oriented thinking
- Willingness and aptitude to learn new digital platforms and apply them for improvement in daily work
- High affinity towards digitalization, displaying digital mindset and behavior
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
- Strong and demonstrable experience working with integration technologies in the Procurement, Supply Chain and/or AP Automation space
- Familiarity with ERP/SAP, AWS or other cloud host stack + Strong understanding of web technologies
- Reliable, team-player, self-driven personality, open for change and agile mindset
- Excellent communication skills
