PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION:


Part-time role at adidas Omnichannel marketing department (Prague based) in the execution of marketing plans and campaigns within adidas key strategic wholesale partners with the possibility of leading independent projects and campaigns after the initial training.


The purpose of the Omnichannel marketing team is to increase adidas brand awareness (among key target groups) and product sell-out in key categories by focusing on the consumer journey and its touchpoints when activating creative marketing campaigns (both – online and offline) and delivering premium consumer experience.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Supporting Omnichannel Marketing Manager (Originals category) with marketing activities relevant to CZ, PL, HU, RO, and SK markets.
  • Handling preparation & execution of marketing communication materials for product campaigns, promotions, consumer activations, and events, in collaboration with suppliers & agencies.
  • Supporting campaigns planning and execution (both offline & online) with a strong focus on the consumer journey.
  • Proactively looking for creative solutions while focusing on full price sell through driving and adidas brand presentation according to set KPIs.
  • Monthly analysis of respective data, a gathering of reports & market updates.
  • Supporting adidas marketing department with various operative and administrative tasks, including finance operations and product ordering process.
  • Helping with presentations and supporting materials for the Omnichannel team.
  • Possibility to lead individual activations & smaller projects.
  • Cooperation with different departments across the organization.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES


  • Basic knowledge of Advertising & Marketing fields
  • Passionate about marketing and the fashion industry
  • IT skills: MS Office (user knowledge) – advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint
  • Very good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and business understanding
  • Positive attitude towards systems/databases, analytical skills
  • Creative mind and attention to detail
  • Local language CZ and fluent in English
  • Willingness to learn

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


  • University student in the field of Business / Economics / Marketing / E-commerce
  • Interest in long-term internship will be an advantage
  • Interest in the sports & fashion industry will be an advantage
  • Experience with agency communication and marketing is an advantage
