About the Role:
- Global Drug Development (GDD) & Research & Development Sr. Business Partner is responsible for Monitors timely route cause analysis and effective solutions for GDD & R&D process. Keep track of issues as well as implement effective solution that eliminates the cause of the issue from the root.
Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with P2P BP Organization to provide support to operational team & in country TMO organization of GDD & R&D
- Contribute to ongoing development to ensure value delivery is sustainable
- Proactively work with business to provide customer-oriented support for incoming queries and issues from Novartis stakeholders
- Interacts with all necessary functional areas of the NGSC to ensure appropriate accounting and financial practices and reporting
- Supports and engages in Continuous Improvement and Harmonization of transitioned activities with aim on best practices and efficiency increase
- Create knowledge management process (within and outside NOCC) including the development of user manuals, work instructions
- Support for Global and Regional enhancement initiatives within GDD & R&D
- Analyze data to makes fact-based recommendations to drive process efficiencies.

- University level degree in Business Administration/ Economics/Finance or MBA desirable
- Relevant years of experience in similar position
- Knowledge of Accounts payable processes,
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-national, matrix organization
