Responsibilities:
- Support existing clients in issue resolution.
- Analyze customer processes and offer consulting insights.
- Implement logistics software at client sites.
- Collaborate with our development team on software enhancements.
- Proficiently use SQL for data manipulation.
- Communicate with clients, both domestically and internationally.
- Assist in product presentations to potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Analytical and logical thinking.
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with SQL is advantageous.
- Knowledge of German or French is a plus.
