For our office in Prague - Invalidovna we are looking for a Financial Controller to join our Finance team

Your Challenge?- Advise business managers on all finance-related matters
- Advise on the completeness of business contracts, purchase orders, acceptance certificates, etc.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports
Reporting
- Complete monthly calculations of revenue including work in progress calculations
- Review contracts and issue invoices for Ataccama products based on contracts
- Cooperate with our accounting departments around the world to ensure proper accounting of revenues and costs
- Prepare support for monthly transfer pricing invoices and calculate TP rates
- Ensure intercompany reconciliation of P&L and BS items
- Evaluate P&Ls on a monthly basis
- Provide standard costing calculations (direct cost rates)
- Ensure timely collection of receivablesEnsure timely payments of AP in some Ataccama entities
Audit
- Help with statutory audits in Ataccama Group (Europe and APAC)
- Review completeness of accounting documentation
- Deal with local auditors during the annual statutory audit
Is this you?
- You have 1-4 years of experience in controlling/auditing
- You have knowledge of Czech accounting standards and chart of accounts
- You understand the basics of tax regulation and travel expenses
- You understand the SaaS metricsYou have completed a Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- You speak fluent Czech or Slovak
- You have a very grasp on the English language
- You’re a team player
- You pay attention to detail and have good organizational and communication skills
- You are an analytical thinker with the ability to see things in a broader context
