Job Title - Senior Product Designer – Gen SMB
About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Product Designer to join us. As a key member of our small multidisciplinary design team, you will play a crucial role in designing cutting-edge cybersecurity products tailored to small businesses. Your creative problem-solving skills will be instrumental in designing intuitive and user-friendly solutions for cybersecurity applications and services including topics such as Mobile Security and Online Safety. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, possess exceptional communication and analytical thinking skills, and have a strong track record in app design, we would love to hear from you.
What you will do in the role:
- Conduct thorough research, by yourself or in collaboration with user researchers, to understand user needs, market trends, and product requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders, to define problems and design solutions.
- Create, iterate, and refine product design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
- Develop user-centered designs that align with brand guidelines and best practices in user experience.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to inform design decisions and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure successful implementation of design solutions.
- Maintain and update design documentation, including style guides and design specifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Participate actively in design critiques, brainstorming sessions, and cross-functional meetings.

What you will need to be successful in the role:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as interaction design, human-computer interaction, user experience design, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in software product design, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
- Proficiency in design and collaboration tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Miro, Mural, or similar.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
- Knowledge of design trends, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- A comprehensive portfolio that effectively demonstrates your design process, highlighting your previous design work on complex end-to-end projects.
- Fluency in English, both in written and spoken communication.
