- Monitor long-term and short-term assignments and manage related tax compliance requirements in various EMEA countries
- Creation of income overview report based on the information from local payroll
- This includes checking of travel tracker reports and ensuring that all payroll delivered reports are processable
- Leading authorization and document collection process required for tax service completion
- Ensuring that inputs are delivered to tax providers in a timely manner in line with their cut-off dates.
- Prepare reports, analyze data and track global mobility tax compliance status
- Cooperation with commercial project managers, local HR partners and tax providers
- Deep partnership with Payroll team to ensure seamless delivery of expatriate compensation
- You will work with other tax colleagues and case managers to continuously review the effectiveness of operational processes and make improvements
- Mentoring case managers and supporting colleagues with tax topics and processes after training
